Music software specially configured for SGI computers


adsyn.tar.Z
    A simple program for graphical editing of Csound adsyn/hetro breakpoint
    files.

ceres.tar.Z
    A sonograph and frequency domain sound effect processor, non-realtime,
    with an X/Motif user interface. Includes granular methods, pitch shift,
    spectrum shift, time stretch, filter, export to CSound and more.

Cspect.tar.Z
    A real-time oscilloscope, spectrograph and sonograph. A smashing
    3-D waterfall display. My favourite SGI program!

mix.tar.Z
    A mixing program with an X/Motif user interface. Import your soundfiles,
    place them on 9 different tracks. Each track has an editable envelope,
    panning curve, a volume fader etc. Also master envelope & fader.
    Mix in "real time" directly to sound output, or mix to file.

sono.tar.Z
    Reads a soundfile and makes a Postscript file with a musical "score"
    including a sonogram

VSS_7.tar
    Virtual Sonic Space is a 3D audio localization program that
    employs convolution to create the effect of a sound source
    positioned at any location in a 360 degree sphere around the
    listener's head. Doesn't seem to work perfectly ...

    A graphical interface to CSound.
