Ring Modulation

Ring modulation is used to change the timbre of a sound. Ring modulated sounds often become somewhat metallic with a bell-like timbre.

How does Ring Modulation work?
Ring modulation simply means that sound becomes multiplied with a sine wave. This creates what is called a sideband in the spectrum.

Values that may be set:
Frequency controls the frequency of the sine wave.
Mix determines how much of the ring modulated sound is to be included in relation to the original sound.

You may control the frequency of the sine wave and how much ring modulation is desired.
